Susan specialises in the treatment of Lymphoedema (and the related condition, Lipoedema), and now her time is 100% dedicated to the best possible outcomes for those clients.

She received her diploma in remedial massage in 2006, and has since worked full time massaging and developed her own business “Back Straight Massage”. In February 2013 Sue completed a 3 week intensive training in the treatment of lymphoedema. She is a member of the Australasian Lymphoedema Association and included on the National Lymphoedema Practitioners Register (NLPR). 2016 she was nominated to the management group for the NLPR.

2015 Sue attended the World Lymphology Congress in San Francisco and in 2016 the Asia Pacific Lymphology Conference in Darwin.

The vast majority of Sue’s waking hours are devoted to her business, and what time she has spare she enjoys spending with family – daughter Hope and her extended family, and son Bronson, who is currently in the US hoping to forge a career in motor racing there.

Enjoys weight and cardio training and cycling, and working in the Holbrook community garden which she helped develop.

Kerrianne Hore received her Diploma in Health Science (massage therapy) in 1999 and has a wealth of experience in clinics in Canberra, Bowral and Albury, including previously in her own businesses in Albury and Canberra. Is a member of the Australian Traditional Medicine Society.

She has been with Back Straight Massage 8 years now, and lives with husband Brenton on property at Wymah, and enjoys outdoors activities, water sports and reading.

Blaire Crawley commenced her Diploma of Remedial Massage at the Southern School of Natural Therapies in Fitzroy in 2011, after taking a side step from her sales and logistics job.

Life took her to Darwin where she completed her studies with the Australian College of Massage in 2013 and joined the Back Straight Massage team early 2014. With a particular interest in the sporting field and athletics, Blaire is in high demand, identifying issues, achieving and maintaining normal muscle function through massage, stretching and controlled exercise.

She is currently studying the Advanced Diploma in Myotherapy with RMIT.

When not working, Blaire enjoys live music, exploring local wineries, chasing good coffee and chilling out with a book.

Blaire is a member of Massage and Myotherapy Australia.

Victoria Guthridge

Victoria completed her Diploma in Remedial Massage from Wodonga Tafe in 2015 and joined Back Straight Massage shortly after.

Has quickly built a loyal client base and she has a strong interest in pregnancy massage.

Lives with her young family in Wodonga and loves the gym life and has interests in sport, nutrition and music.

Victoria is a member of Massage and Myotherapy Australia.

Fleur Cunningham

After an extensive career in the optometry field, Fleur took a career change which led her to Back Straight Massage in 2016.

We promised to ease her in while she finds her feet and develops her clientele base. Well of course it didnt happen that way and Fleur ended up in the deep end real quick. She handled it well and is now also busy tending to the needs of her many clients.

Lives in Wodonga and keeps busy with her passion for art, theatre, music and cultural activities. Other interests include softball and gardening.

Fleur is a member of Massage and Myotherapy Australia.

Amita completed Bachelor of Physiotherapy at India, followed by over 4 years experience at an Indian hospital, and has advanced training as a yoga instructor. In Australia, she completed Bachelor of Exercise Science at Victoria University and Diploma of Remedial Massage, and has experience as a massage therapist at Melbourne clinics.

Amita brings a skill set which will complement the rest of the team, and she will lead Back Straight Massage’s move into the areas of exercise science and yoga, for which there is increasing demand for, particularly in the corporate world.

Travelling is something she enjoys, particularly the outdoors and nature, as well as gardening and cooking.

Julian Butcher

Often the voice on the end of the line if Sue can’t answer the phone. Has been with Back Straight Massage since April 2012 in a support role – reception, admin, marketing, domestic, laundry, cleaning, everything but massage!

Enjoys cars, motorsport, music, food, travel, and any opportunity to combine all or any of them.
